Basically: You’ve gotta be a legit pro (or a pro in a supporting role), be kind, show up, and do the right thing. Set your own booking rules. If you ghost people or act shady, you’ll get kicked off. Disputes? Try to sort it out like adults, and if you can’t — we’ll help. Oh, and don’t forget: you’re responsible for your own tax.

To use Swapp, you’ll need an account. We collect your name, email, and business/career details to build your profile. This helps other members trust you and feel safe.

We strongly recommend confirming your bookings — if it’s not confirmed, the provider can cancel.
3-strike system:
Rude behaviour, ghosting, or no-shows can get you suspended. If we get 3 complaints in a month, we’ll review your account. Repeated bad vibes? You’re out.
We expect you to handle your own disagreements like the professional you are. If you can’t get a reply or things get sticky, contact us and we’ll step in.
Your profile, pics, review, bios, etc. are still yours - but by posting them, you give us permission to use them on Swapp (and in our promos if you go viral, you superstar).
We might update features, tweak the vibe, or even shut parts down. It’s all part of building something amazing. We’ll let you know when we do.
Swapp works with points (like frequent flyer points but way hotter). But: the ATO does tax some barter stuff, so talk to your accountant about what applies to you. We’re not tax pros, so this one’s on you.
Swapp is based in Australia and follows Australian laws. Any services are governed by the laws of the state where they happen.
